better SRBer~ (for tyler) also located under downloads topic

ok so i found a SRBer that isnt just rings. it's your choice of what you want. This will make it a whole lot easier for GM's and it is way easier. Right noow it is on a note pad. idk how to turn it into a java script. i hope you can do that. well, i edited it myself. here is the DL link:
